Condition: A cancellation request cannot be approved if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse or has been handed over to our logistics partner.

2. Returns and Replacements
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive a product that is not up to the mark, we are here to help.

You are eligible for a return or replacement under the following circumstances:

Notify Us Promptly: You must inform our customer service team within the same day of receiving the product. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Provide Proof: Please provide your Order ID and share clear photos or a short video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. This helps us resolve your issue quickly.

Await Approval: Our team will review your request. Once the issue is verified and approved, we will guide you on the next steps.
Conditions for a Return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and accessories that came with it.
3. Refund Policy
Once a return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Approval: After we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Mode of Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. The refund will be initiated through our payment gateway, Pay10.

Refund Timeline: It will take 6-8 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after the refund has been processed from our end.

This policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents after the product has been delivered.

In case of products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
